Antalya follows on from Türkiye capital Ankara, which hosted the Women's Club World Championship in 2021. It will be the first time Antalya hosts the competition after previous editions in Shaoxing, China (2018, 2019), Sao Paolo, Brazil (1991, 1993), Jesi, Italy (1992), Doha, Qatar (2010, 2011, 2012), Zurich, Switzerland (2013, 2014, 2015), Manila, Philippines (2016) and Kobe, Japan (2017).
