From January 10 to 16 we counted down the 12 best players per gender in 2021, looking back at some of the highlights of the year including the FIVB Volleyball Nations League and the Olympic Games in Tokyo. Kim Yeon Koung topped the women's list after another incredible year for the Korean star, while Olympic gold medallist Antoine Brizard of France led the men.
